This policy explains how Photo Repair Lab handles account deletion, image deletion, and data export requests.

1. Deleting individual images

You can delete completed images from within the Photo Repair Lab account interface at any time. Once deleted, the image will no longer be available in the active user interface, although limited copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or disaster-recovery systems for a limited period.

2. Automatic deletion (retention)

Unless deleted earlier, uploaded and generated image files are automatically deleted from active systems no later than 30 days after creation or processing, subject to security, legal-hold, abuse-prevention, backup, and technical-recovery exceptions.

3. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your Photo Repair Lab account through account settings or by emailing support@photorepairlab.com. After verification, Photo Repair Lab will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account where required by law and where retention is no longer necessary for lawful business purposes. Certain information may be retained after account deletion where required or permitted by law, including billing records, tax records, fraud-prevention records, dispute records, security logs, and records needed to enforce legal rights or comply with legal obligations.

4. Data export

While files remain available in your account, you may download uploaded or generated images directly through the Service. Where applicable law gives you a right to data portability (for example, GDPR Article 20), you may request a copy of certain personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, subject to verification and legal limitations. Photo Repair Lab is not required to provide data in a format that is technically infeasible, disproportionately burdensome, or would adversely affect the rights of others.

5. Response times

Photo Repair Lab aims to respond to deletion and export requests within a reasonable time and, where the GDPR applies, within the period required by law unless an extension is permitted.
